Specific complaints include "Older kids trash the playground, break the equipment management can't even clean the place up," and concerns about "grass overgrown weeds," "junk and cars left on Jack’s bicycles, trash cans" in carports. This suggests a decline in the park's appearance and a perceived lack of adequate management response to these issues.

Older kids trash the playground, break the equipment management can't even clean the place up when they unlock the gate..
Mar 30, 2022 · Pleiadian StarseedLived in park over 10 years . Just wish residence kept their properties up people let their grass overgrown weeds and it just seems that people are not taking pride in their homes here anymore. I think the manager is a very nice person, yet as a home owner, I think people in the park are allowed to just leave their yards unattended anymore and their carports should be for parking cars not leaving junk and cars left on Jack’s bicycles, trash cans. It’s not appealing when you drive through the park and see all of this when I first moved to this park, it was no way this way. I don’t believe that the park is going up right now. I believe the Park is in need of help.
Aug 12, 2023 · Jeanne MollenbergI live here, and it has always been wonderful.
Jan 31, 2025 · Grace SeeNo idea if they pay the people/ person who drives the golf cart around at night, but if you are not capable of remembering the cars that have been parking in the same spots for over a year, I do not want you “patrolling” our neighborhood, you are just harassing the people in their cars. Do your job and patrol, keep a look out, don’t hang out every single day with my neighbor and then say you’ve never seen me or my car before, I don’t feel safe.
Mar 18, 2018 · Ariana PThis place is just okay but it has definitely declined over the past 2-3 years. First off, I've asked the management several times to replace the floodlight on my street that's been out for at least 6-8 months. At night it's pitch black. HOW DIFFICULT IS THAT TO DO?? I thought this place had a maintenance crew. I guess not anymore. I've quit asking them because I know that it won't get done. But I do know that the rent will go up. Second, the idiot on my street likes to race his car each time he leaves his driveway. I've told the management and security about it months ago but nothing changes because little speed racer knows they won't do anything.
