Alpine RV Park & Campground Introduce
For Washington state residents and visitors planning an unforgettable trip to the beautiful Bavarian-themed village of Leavenworth, finding the right home base for your RV or camping adventure is key. **Alpine RV Park & Campground** offers a spot designed for travelers seeking essential amenities and proximity to all the regional attractions. Nestled in the stunning Cascade Mountains, it provides a functional and often economical choice for those wanting to explore one of Washington's most unique destinations.
The park is well-known for being a simple, dedicated spot to rest between exploring the vibrant town and the countless outdoor activities available in the surrounding Wenatchee National Forest. While its setting is functional, its primary advantage is its accessibility and the vital services it provides to travelers on the road.
A destination like Leavenworth attracts visitors year-round, from the festive Christmas Lighting Festival to summer hiking and river floating. Alpine RV Park & Campground aims to be a practical lodging option for many of these travelers, providing a reliable place to park your rig and enjoy the natural landscape of Central Washington.

Alpine RV Park & Campground is situated at **9825 Duncan Rd, Leavenworth, WA 98826, USA**. This address places it just a short distance from the main attractions of the Bavarian village, making it a highly convenient location for tourists.
The park is noted for its relative closeness to downtown Leavenworth. For many guests, the ability to leave their vehicle at the site and walk or use local transportation is a major draw, especially during busy festival weekends when downtown parking can be scarce and expensive. Reviews often mention a convenient, short walk of about 15 minutes to the heart of the town, or the availability of a free, frequent shuttle nearby, often located near the local Safeway grocery store.
The location is easily accessible, right off a main highway, which contributes to its convenience for RVs and motorhomes arriving from various parts of Washington or beyond. Travelers should note, however, that being near a major highway means that some sites may experience **highway noise**. For those who are light sleepers, this is an important factor to consider. Despite the road noise, its central location remains a key benefit for visitors eager to maximize their time enjoying the area.
The park demonstrates a commitment to making travel accessible for everyone, offering both a **wheelchair accessible entrance** and a **wheelchair accessible parking lot** on-site.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Great Campground!!! Awesome service, kept very clean, and quiet hours are quiet. Campsites are spacious and it is very family oriented. Economical for families wanting to see Leavenworth on a budget. We had a wonderful time. Each morning the bathrooms were cleaned and smelled clean as well. May 28 · Eden Johnson
- I booked two nights here as it had availability and was close to town. It being close to town was the only positive about this place. It’s right off the highway. The website makes the grounds look large as they have a map of locations and such. When we found our site it was literally 10x10 ft with two large trees in the middle and uneven surfacing. There was nowhere to even set up a tent. Its also on the corner of the two roads going in and out so it would have been dangerous. In the photos the “road” is anywhere there aren’t pine needles on the ground. We spent 10 minutes here. It was clear we couldn’t camp here. No-one from the company was there at 3 o’clock. We decided to go over to the KOA across the street and fortunately they had just had a cancellation. This place is a scam! There was a sign out front with a different name. Looks like they change their name once they get too many bad reviews in order to keep the business. DO NOT STAY HERE! July 13 · Rae Bell
- Sites were close together, and looked like a lot of full time residents lived there in campers, lots of road noise since it’s right next to the highway. The camp host called me while we where in town accusing me of moving a picnic table but upon arrival our site didn’t even have on, and started getting upset about my dad changing sites (although he had sought permission first) who made his own reservation so not sure why she called me about it, definitely didn’t appreciate being called on the phone and yelled at over things I didn’t do. One plus is it’s about a mile walk to downtown and right across the street from Safeway. June 01 · Kadeana Barnard
- Great location and friendly staff who basically left us alone after check in, but didn't give us the code to the showers or other info (but said we could knock on their door any time to get it). We really don't like to knock on trailer doors (been in some dicey situations), so we didn't do that. Typically we like more rustic spots, but this weekend it rained much of the weekend turning the dirt to mud which sucked. Definitely don't stay here if you don't appreciate small, rustic, with lots of long term residents. We rarely saw others, the outdoors were clean, the office wasn't open, and we didn't see the showers. March 24 · Sheryl Harmon
- Not a family campground. Leaving this review at 1a because the drunk idiots next to us won't let us sleep and there's no one who actually manages the campground. Its a free for all next to a red light on a highway. If you can sleep thru the traffic, you won't sleep thru the drunks. July 20 · Nick Favicchio
