Jan 12, 2025 · MarkisSloppy messy dump of a place, their wastewater treatment building has been badly damaged (hole in the roof) for well over a year, and still Algoma Estates continues to ignore township letters mandating repairs, threatening to condemn the building. Who knows what kind of environmental hazards are leaking into the water, because of how cheap their corporate HQ is (RHP Properties out of Farmington Hills, MI)? This place just doesn't care. It's a blight on the neighborhood, and looks trashy. Shame on Algoma Estates for their wanton neglect and disregard for their own property.
Jan 30, 2023 · Right On TrackHelped a friend move into his new trailer, in the park. I was there midday, on a Saturday. Seems like a quiet place, I didn't see many people outside. Looks clean and well cared for. I stayed for about 6 hours. I will be going to my buddies house, randomly over time and I will change my review, over time, as I gain more information. Definitely, worth a visit to check out. No obvious problems that would chase potential renters or owners away.

Don't let the pictures on website fool you.600+ in lot rent a month plus they don't hesitate to violate you for kids toys in the yard and so on and so forth. if you have kids, this isn't the place to be. the playground hasn't been useable in two years (gaping holes in the metal decking that your child could easily get cut on) and who knows when it will get replaced seeings how they FINALLY took it down. But it's also one of the "amenities" they provide, and your still going to pay for it even if it's not there.......It's exactly the financial trap it looks like (having a mortgage on top of the lot rent), especially with the service that goes with it ( or complete lack there of) . "Live life, live it here" is definitely false advertising ( for any normal thinking, family having individual). Live our way and make our owners millions is more like it.... If you have ANY other options, Choose those . Unless you like throwing your money away, then this is perfect!!P.s. the infrastructure of this place is TERRIBLE as well. Loss of water constantly (to go along with all of the boil water notices), power flickers every windy day, trash is ALWAYS overflowing.... But he'll, I've only been a Maintenance Director and contractor for 20 years... What do I know😂.-current resident of 5 years ( let's hope it's over soon)

They are constantly working on their water lines. Many of times turning on the faucet you get brownish yellow water. The trash dumpsters are always overflowing and an eyesore. Many updates needed in this park for the amount of money they charge. Every fall they have increased rent for the past 6 years.
