Jan 17, 2025 · Michael RosarioWonderful community for my family! Great amenities for families with little ones & those with pets. Staff does a phenomenal job maintaining lots and landscape. Jamey put in countless hours to ensure we found the right home & that our move-in was smooth; she was truly a joy to work with. We’re so happy we chose to live here!
Aug 04, 2023 · Katie RoweProperly manager is extremely rude to EVERYONE, REALLY!. Heartless and sad to watch a senior citizen needing assistance on how to pay rent as required. I am positive the poor couple left more frustrated. If you do not like people you may want to consider a new career...PLEASEIt doesn't matter how many bad reviews you ask Google to remove or how many good reviews are posted about the property. The property managers poor attitude is very unprofessional and should be addressed. Its not against the law to say you felt harassed and treated poorly by someone. She is mean. Sitting in the leasing office with the door locked. Listening and watching people knock without responding. Admirals Walk continues to allow it.
Jan 27, 2023 · Sharon InnisMy husband and I have lived here since 2006. The park is nice and being updated all the time to make it look nice. As long as you follow park rules your good. I have it a 4 staristar of a 5 because even though the beach is near I would love to see a pool go in. I'd be willing to up my lot rent for a pool. Otherwise everyone here is neighborly and I love living here.
Jul 14, 2020 · DaniI've lived here almost 5 years now, it is a safe place and nice community, the manager is also very nice and never had any issues here. Recommended!
