Great prices no crime. It's a shotty little park but it is a pretty good place to live no kids no dogs. Management asks residents to keep quiet after 8pm out of respect for the neighbors. This place is out of code, There electricle boxes is from the 1970's! Management is in the Twilight zone!! Apr 03, 2024 · Sonia MarquezIf I could give him a zero I would the manager there is a slumlord he's always got ways to charge you more he blames all the tenants for one tenants mistake so if one tenant causes the sewer back up all tenants suffer they started to fix a problem and they stopped when they thought they were close to the main problem being done and let it slide turns out that the problem was much bigger it took 3 weeks for the raw sewage to be stopped from coming into the yard the manager comes out from lake 3 to 4:00 in the morning and post stuff on people's trailers and then you don't see him for the rest of the day the price for the lot rent is decent but they say that the electricity is included on top but they don't give you official documentation on how they're charging you for that so it's on their hearsay is there electricity so out of date but according to the manager it's perfectly fine and it's your trailer's fault if there's anything wrong not their fault

This isn’t a resort, but it is a conveniently located, relatively quiet (you can hear i17 traffic) place to park an RV and call it home whether short or long-term with laundry on-site, water, electric, sewer and 2 large dumpsters. If you come here, just pay your rent, don’t cause any problems and you will be just fine. The park manager apparently has eviction notices ready so don’t jeopardize the opportunity!
