Very nice and quiet family owned RV Park. Most of the tenants on the park have been there long-term. I am permanently live in here have been for the last two years and would highly recommend this park.

Apr 20, 2018 · David RedfernIf you park here keep a close eye on anything you keep outdoors it will disappear..there are a few punks that run around acting like they own the place. Sitting in their vehicles all hours of the night in the back corner and I can only assume they are doing drugs. But whatever it is it can't be anything good. These ppl also have an asphalt company. You wouldn't know it by the one and only road in the park. There are potholes that could damage a tire and throw a front end outta alignment. The one good thing is the rent is cheap. But the amenities reflect that. No pool no lake no laundry no showers. I mean there isn't nada. Would I stay here? I would rather live in a tent couple miles up the road. That's right a tent. The rent is cheaper by ALOT. They have every amentity that you could ask for. It's cleaner better .maintained. nicer better class of ppl. Please think long and hard before even pulling in to talk to anyone. Hope you have a great day

Nothing but crooks wont fix nothing water rarely treated only to comply with regulations every 3 months n even then tampered with to make legal electric problems constantly due to old out of date electrical wireing n boxes constantly changing lot rates the worst years of my entire life no pest control so rats snakes roaches n other rodents have ruined my 8000 rv tons of water mocusins lost 3 dogs due to the water mocusins very racist owners n tenants just too many things to write down tru slum lord owners no proffesional electricians no profesional plumber. Nothing has been work on by a professional in years very low budget crooked setting the other reviews dont lie very unsafe place to live no tree trimming. Illegalally ran full of thieves or there maintenance guy has been caught several times taking gas cans extension cords prowling around people's houses looking in Windows. Landlord comes to lots un anounced herrased me for 8 years over petty reasons just 2 many reasons to never stay there again

Old motor home then a newer fifth wheel now a new fifth wheel thats how nice it is here we are staying as long as these owners are here great place
