7H RV Park in Itasca, Texas, presents a complex picture for locals considering an RV park stay. Its suitability is highly dependent on individual priorities and tolerance for certain conditions, particularly concerning management and park policies.
For Texans prioritizing extreme affordability for a long-term RV stay in a quiet, rural setting, 7H RV Park might appear to be a viable option. Its location offers a peaceful escape from city life while still providing relatively convenient access to basic necessities in Itasca and more extensive services in nearby Hillsboro or the wider DFW/Waco areas. The park's low price point is a definite draw for budget-conscious individuals or those needing a long-term base.
However, potential residents must be fully aware of the significant concerns raised in some reviews. Allegations of unfair electricity charges, unresponsiveness to basic needs like a non-functional gas heater during winter, and aggressive management behavior regarding minor issues are serious considerations. Furthermore, the explicit mention of "registered child predators living in the park that he is also aware of" is a grave safety concern that prospective residents, especially those with children, must take into account. While some residents have had positive experiences, these serious negative claims cannot be overlooked. Therefore, while it offers a low-cost, rural base, locals considering 7H RV Park should proceed with extreme caution, thoroughly investigate current conditions, and directly address any concerns with the management before committing to a stay.

7H RV Park Reviews
The people that own this RV park are Wonderful . We Loved our stay here. Was here almost a year. God bless them!!
Apr 13, 2024 · Teresa DanielsVery greedy and selfish owner. Said we were stealing electricity for having space heaters plugged in when it was winter and told us to unplug them or find another park. when I told him our gas heater doesn’t work Bob said it’s not his problem if we freeze. I was also 3 months pregnant at the time. We were never late on rent and he unplugged our trailer when we were gone one night because he was mad about my husband throwing some cheap flooring away that had mold on them. It’s cheap to live there but not worth the trouble bob causes and he’ll also try to find any reason to charge you more for the month. BEWARE HE ALSO HAS REGISTERED CHILD PREDATORS LIVING IN THE PARK THAT HE IS ALSO AWARE OF. It’s all just business to him
Jul 16, 2022 · Cristina PattersonI think it’s a great place to set up and get away from it all. Jim’s a pretty good ol’boy and the other occupants to be just people like the rest of us.. neat and clean laundry room, trees on the lots and plenty of room to breathe in.
Oct 23, 2021 · Rob PritchettCalled a week in advance for a reservation and were told that there was a site available for $25 or $30 a night. Bob asked us to call when we were on the way.We left a message and when we were called back he said nothing was available. Don't be fooled like we were😞
Apr 07, 2022 · Kimberly ReeGreat place to spend the night. Quick on off I 35. Got there pretty late but someone met us and helped us get parked and get hooked up.
