RV parks, or recreational vehicle resorts, vary widely in their amenities, atmosphere, and overall value. 1075 RV Resort is designed to provide fundamental services for RVers. 1075 RV Resort is strategically located at 108 NW Bengi Ln, Lake City, FL 32055, USA. This address places it in a highly accessible position for travelers utilizing Florida's major interstate highways. Lake City is famously known as the "Gateway to Florida" due to its proximity to the intersection of Interstate 75 (I-75) and Interstate 10 (I-10). This makes 1075 RV Resort an exceptionally convenient stop for those transiting through North Florida, whether heading north or south on I-75, or east or west on I-10.
The park's location offers more than just interstate access. Lake City itself provides a range of essential services and amenities that are easily reachable from 1075 RV Resort. Within a short drive, residents and visitors can find grocery stores, gas stations, various dining establishments, and retail outlets for everyday needs. Major big-box stores and local shops are available for all your provisioning requirements. Beyond convenience, Lake City and the surrounding Columbia County area are rich in natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities. Nearby attractions include numerous stunning freshwater springs, such as Ichetucknee Springs State Park and Ginnie Springs, perfect for swimming, tubing, snorkeling, and diving. The Suwannee River and various state parks offer opportunities for kayaking, hiking, and wildlife observation. For history enthusiasts, the Olustee Battlefield Historic State Park is also within a reasonable driving distance. The convenience of its location cannot be overstated for those exploring the wider North Florida region.
- Full hookup RV sites: Providing essential connections for water, sewer, and electricity (30/50 amp service).
- Gravel spots: Sites are typically graveled, offering a stable parking surface for RVs.
- Trash disposal: Designated areas for waste management.
It is important for prospective guests to note that based on customer reviews, the park's amenities are generally considered basic. Services such as public restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and dedicated recreation areas like dog parks or clubhouses are not consistently available or may not meet expectations. Guests should plan to be self-sufficient with their RV’s facilities.

For RVers in Florida, especially those passing through North Florida or seeking a straightforward, no-frills base in Lake City, 1075 RV Resort can be a suitable option. Its primary strength lies in its highly convenient location at the crossroads of I-75 and I-10, making it an excellent choice for an overnight stop or a practical base for exploring the region's natural attractions, such as the famous freshwater springs. The provision of full hookups (water, sewer, and electricity) ensures that essential RV needs are met for a comfortable stay.
However, it is crucial for locals to set appropriate expectations regarding amenities. Based on current customer feedback, 1075 RV Resort is best suited for self-contained RVs, as it generally does not offer public restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities. By understanding its core offerings and managing expectations regarding amenities, RVers can leverage its strategic location to explore the beauty and attractions of North Florida efficiently.

1075 RV Resort Reviews
Although it was a convenient overnight spot for us, we felt the park was not worth the $70 fee. Zero amenities, trashy trailers with junk all around them, loud traffic noise and our Watchdog surge device had an E2 error from the 50 amp power source. We had to use the 30 for the night. Honestly, if it was $40 or so, we would have accepted all the issues but not $70.
May 12, 2025 · RobIt’s quiet, people there are decent. No amenities at allThere is no dog park like their website says, promise after promise for amenities and they still haven’t showed up. Owner is more concerned about expanding and adding more spaces than providing what current occupants need.Just to reiterate No Dog park, No Showers, No office, No clubhouse, No Bathrooms. No laundry facilities. NOTHINGWith your rental you get a gravel spot and a place to throw your trash away. I mean if that works for, they hey this place is great. Otherwise, I’d steer clear.
Jan 16, 2025 · Trucker HillNice quiet park, walking distance to grocery and good Mexican food. No amenities. Our 50 amp did not work (space17), but we were fine with 30 amp. Easy to get to from highway.
Dec 15, 2024 · jan faganNice little park, quiet and great for overnight stop. No amenities of any kind other than full hook ups. No bathrooms or showers. Wish google let you split stars deserves more than 4 but not a 5. Would stay again.
May 01, 2024 · Tammy GardnerGreat little stop over! Convenient location, easy pull-throughs with plenty of room for big rvs/trailers and surprisingly quiet for being close to main road. It appears to very new, but you can see they're hard at work. Will get prettier and more private as the landscaping matures. Nice stop-over. We'd stop again.
