Yucaipa Regional Park Tent Campground Reviews
I found this park through a friend that fishes, and thought I would give af try and take the trailer out for a couple days. Very nice and very spacious rv sites, which have full hookup. We walked all over the park with our dog and she loved all the new smells. They have a disc course plenty of picnic areas, water slides(not always open and not included in camping fee). Everything about this park is a 10. However the bathrooms/showers around sites 1-14 was awful and hadn't been cleaned. And one toilet ran for 3days.

Jun 08, 2025 · Marcelo MorenoFor our annual family camping weekend ( 30 of us including uncles, cousins, brothers, nephews) we usually go to La Jolla Indian Reservation Campground ( By Palomar Mountain, San Diego County) but this year we wanted to try a different place. We tried this park and it was o.k.The following is included in each camping site:- Large camping sites ( size of a soccer field) for up to up to 30 people with a large fire pit.- Large park shelter with 8 park tables, 2 extra large charcoal grills and a water spigot to wash dishes or hook up a hose.- Bathroom and shower buildings near by are very clean with cold and hot water. Bathrooms are on one side of the building and showers on the other.- camping sites are separated by trees so you have some privacy.-Each site has its own parking spaces.- The only complaint is that you can't set up the tents under the trees and grass. Tents have to be in the center of the camping site which is pure dirt and there is no shade. So the sun hits the tents dead on.The activities are plenty. fishing, walking trails, small fresh water river you can go in, and paddle boats for the lake. The big attraction however is the beach pool. One end of the lake was converted in to a beach pool with white sand and two large water slides. However you have to pay $12 to get in and no alcohol. Kids under 4 are free. In and out privileges. The pool runs from 10am to 4pm. Closed on Mondays. There is a big play ground area for kids outside the beach pool.If you are camping check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11: 30 the next day. Park opens at 9am and closes at 5pm. If you are camping and get there after 4:30pm you are given an entry code to get in. There are in and out privileges so that is a plus. And if you need anything a five minute drive into town will take care of all you needs. We stayed there 3 nights and paid a total $320 for our group of 30. We plan to go back.
Jul 12, 2023 · ENRIQUE NUÑEZSome campsites need updates was 100 degrees and summer swim season wasn't over and pool wasn't open only sat and sun even though campground was full old benches where infested with black widows at night, 1 tarantula, 4 scorpions and they don't allow you to put tents outside of circle where the shade is we did have fun at pool for 6 hours that's how long its open, good fishing after stock day Thursday, good place for day use not for tent camping, also new shower bathrooms but never opened had to use old one infested with black widows
Aug 19, 2022 · phill arelanoThis campground is really nice!!! I got to get some good pictures of the wildlife there. Easy to find your campground, and there is enough space. Just lookout for the little spiders around the bathroom🕷.
