4.0
I can’t stress enough how awesome this campground is. They offer plenty to keep the kids busy while you enjoy your weekends! Very family oriented, witch is what we were looking for. I highly recommend this campground to anybody looking to find a place to go. We absolutely loved everything about this place from Christmas in July to the Halloween party in October and everything in between. Unfortunately we had an unexpected death in our family we had to pull our campers out. We would love to come back in the future. The owners are very respectful and understanding. Jason is one of the easiest guys to talk to. Straight to the point no bs. That’s what I like! - Grant weston

Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the available information for Willow Farm Campground, it appears that their "promotions" are deeply integrated into their seasonal and event-driven model rather than through traditional discount codes or limited-time offers. For Pennsylvanians, the value is often found in the comprehensive experience and the structure of their seasonal camping. Here’s what can be gathered:

  • Seasonal Camping Rates: The primary offering for long-term stays. "Permanent Camp Residence Rates - Starting at $1500 depending on site." This offers significant value for those looking for a consistent, community-focused getaway throughout the camping season. Payment plans are available for these rates.
  • Included Activities and Events: The vast number of "fun events throughout the weekend," including "Christmas in July," "Halloween party in October," and "Kids Activities every weekend from Memorial Day – Labor Day," are generally included as part of the camping fee. These extensive activities serve as a major value-add, negating the need for separate entertainment budgets.
  • Community Atmosphere as a Value: The friendly environment where "everybody knows everybody" and the owners are "very respectful and understanding" fosters a sense of belonging that many campers seek. This "vibe" acts as a powerful draw and a form of inherent value.
  • No Explicit Overnight Rates Found: The publicly available information strongly suggests a focus on seasonal or longer-term camping, with "Permanent Only" indicated on their rates page. This implies that the core "offer" is the seasonal site itself, which comes with all the amenities and events. For shorter stays, direct inquiry is essential.

To confirm any pricing, availability for short-term stays (if offered), or details on seasonal rates and payment plans, Pennsylvanians interested in Willow Farm Campground should:

  • Call Directly: The most reliable method is to contact Willow Farm Campground by phone at (724) 840-1615 or +1 724-840-1615. This allows for direct discussion with the owners, like Jason, who are noted for being "easy to talk to."
  • Visit the Official Website: While the website (willowfarmcamp.com) provides information on events and attractions, specific detailed nightly or weekly rates beyond seasonal ones are not prominently displayed, reinforcing the need for direct contact.
  • Check Facebook Page: The campground often posts updates and weekly pop-up events on their Facebook page, which might occasionally feature specific short-term opportunities or event details.

The main "promotion" of Willow Farm Campground lies in its comprehensive, family-oriented seasonal experience and its welcoming community, which generates strong loyalty and repeat visits.
