- Annual Lease Model: The primary "promotion" is the opportunity to secure an annual lease on a site, which often provides a more cost-effective solution for long-term stays compared to daily or weekly rates at transient campgrounds. This allows campers to leave their RV on-site year-round.
- Included Utilities (Water and Lawn Care): As highlighted by customer feedback, the inclusion of water bills and grass cutting services within the lease agreement acts as an ongoing "special offer," reducing the monthly overhead and personal responsibilities for campers.
- Community Stability: While not a monetary discount, the benefit of having a stable, long-term community with familiar faces and staff can be a significant draw for many, providing a unique lifestyle benefit over short-term rentals.
- Potential for Early Booking Incentives: While not explicitly stated, some campgrounds with a lease model may offer incentives for renewing leases early or for new annual sign-ups during specific times of the year, to ensure occupancy. It is always worth inquiring about such possibilities directly with the management.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information on lease terms, pricing, and any current availability or specific offers, it is highly recommended that interested individuals contact Virginia Creek Campground directly. Apr 12, 2025 · patricia fulghumDo not stay here, the owner is greedy and cruel. My husband and I had a permanent site and he passed away suddenly. We were only three months into our annual lease, which was paid in full. I explained to Mrs. King that the memories were too overwhelming and I needed to sell our camper. Mrs King informed me there would be no refund of the nine months left on my lease and basically that life happened, deal with it. She was cruel and hard hearted. So she kept my money and charged the new owners of my camper the entire year’s lease. Double dipping. I have never been treat so insensitive in my life.
Jul 10, 2022 · Janet HammNice campground, small coin laundry room, clean bath house, very nice pier for fishing and a kayak launch. Lots of trees back in the woods NO highway or street noise. Friendly neighbors, pet friendly! ! Church services on Sunday morning.
Dec 07, 2017 · Tammy MooneyThis is not a campground but more like a mobile home park. We ended up there because Lanier's was full and it looked very nice at first and the price with water and electricity was really good. A neighbor let their dog loose at 3 in the morning then complained on us when our dog barked at it. We left our crab pot out over night and came back in the morning and caught a resident red handed at stealing the crab and a flounder from rhe pot. Rude manager, Sherrie, kept staring at us from the office and looked down on us for having more than one child. Not a kid friendly place! If you want to go somewhere where any noise is unacceptable and it is more like a retirement community with camper trailers, go here. If you want family friendly fun.... stay away!
Aug 15, 2013 · Jamie WilliamsHave been coming to Virginia Creek Campground Ministry for almost 6 years. Never have I been as welcomed and love by any other church family as I am by this group of loving and caring bunch of people.
