Tifton RV Park I-75 Reviews
We stopped by to inquire about using the RV services—specifically electric, water, and septic. The woman at the front desk was polite and helpful at first, but she didn’t clarify any time limits for using the amenities. I explained that we were only looking to stay for a couple of hours to dump the septic tank and refill our water. She informed us that the cost for those services was $25, while using electricity would be $61.02—intended for overnight guests. Access to the bath houses was also only available for those staying overnight, which was completely understandable.I opted to pay the $25 for the dump and water refill, and I asked if it would be okay for us to hang out for a short while and take a break during the process. She said that would be fine. However, about 30 minutes later, she appeared outside our RV, watching us and stating, “It doesn’t take that long to dump and refill—it should only take 20 minutes.” We were a bit confused, as we had previously been told it was okay to take our time. She then said, “Management is on my back, and they told me you have to leave once you’re done.”This contradicts what we were initially told, and the way it was handled felt unnecessarily uncomfortable. Being watched the entire time until we left added to that feeling. I didn’t appreciate being made to feel like we were doing something wrong after getting approval. It seemed like we were thrown under the bus because of unclear communication. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how the situation was handled.Update: this is in response to the owner. Yes it was this location, I recognize the pictures and the office. We didn’t just “hang out” we paid for water and dumping. We asked if it was okay to take our time doing so since I already clarified with the lady at the front desk that we weren’t staying overnight. We weren’t looking for free services either, we understood these utilities aren’t free. We didn’t appreciate the way we were treated, hence the review.
Jun 25, 2025 · Rhiannon ChavezWe did a week stay and absolutely loved it! Extremely peaceful! The pool was sparkling and 81 degrees! The staff was incredibly nice! Check in was very smooth. It was very clean and relaxing! They even sent a text telling us to help ourselves to the oranges on the tree!
May 05, 2025 · Holly FerraraNeeded a place to stop for the night while we were on our way to Atlanta. They're right off 75, so I didn't have to worry about getting lost (happens more than I'd like to admit). Beautiful location. The grass and trees are well maintained, the bathrooms were clean, it's quiet (especially compared to some other places we've stayed off 75), and the employees were friendly and helpful. Ariel answered all our questions and told us her favorite restaurant in town. (I'm not telling.... you have to come visit to find out for yourself. All I'll say is the girl has good taste.)
Mar 30, 2025 · ShannoonThe employee working was rude and bossy. It states that they have bathhouses, but they don't tell you that no one gets in unless they are sleeping in a tent or renting one of their cabins. The employee had everyone that stayed at this campground all clustered on top of each other. Her little camper was upfront with no one within 5 rows. When we made our reservation it did not assign a spot, so we went to the office and no one was there, so we found a 30 amp service spot, pulled into it, and started setting up. She made us unhook everything and move five rows back after 9:00pm. We had 4 little boys with us and were only spending one night. Nobody came in after us. No excuse to make us move. We chose this campground because it said veteran-owned. We spent 31 years in the U.S. Military and have never been treated so poorly. Veteran Owner, you need to educate your Workampers on manners, politeness, and customer service!
Mar 28, 2025 · Val CutrerWe stayed here part of December, January and February. The office lady Diane went above and beyond for us . Her husband also worked there and that man was helpful ,( very hard worker ) . I enjoyed walking around the lakes , but thought the park had some dumb rules . You could not have a rug out and the sites are gravel and grass , and so you were constantly bringing dirt in . They charge a 300 nonrefundableto put up a dog fence . I have never encountered that anywhere . You also can’t use their shower houses unless you stay in tent or their cabins . I have never had that at any other rv park either . The park has potential, but have rules that aren’t appealing to most campers .
