Jun 01, 2022 · Alexander SaldanaThis was such a good campsite! The hosts were amazing and even gave our youth group Popsicles one day. It was extremely easy access to a drop-off inlet area for swimming and canoeing. I will note that the water got choppy in the evenings, so if you bring a jet ski, tie it down well. I helped rescue one that got loose
Jun 22, 2021 · Whitney WhettenIt did require a couple minutes of walking to get down to the waters edge but overall the facilities were clean and well kept.Make sure to bring some sort of shelter from the sun, there is no relief from those rays. The sites are virtually completely exposed to the elements.Fresh water, flushing toilets and showers are available. There are NO beaches along the lake in the campground area. NONE, ZERO...You also must being firewood. There are no trees within the vicinity of these campgrounds.
Jul 05, 2017 · David GoliathThe wind broke our canopy and bent the poles of our tent within the first 2 hours of being there. It was incredibly hot, so without the canopy, we were in trouble. Although the showers were a relief, This is NOT A GOOD SITE FOR TENT CAMPING! We abandoned our 2-days paid reservations and headed to a more wooded area.
