★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First time camping in the Bighorns and this place was very nice! Tucked in away from the main road, potable water, nice flat spot for our canvas tent, and the vault bathrooms... Cleanest I've ever seen in a vault bathroom!
June 16 · Marie BurczekWe absolutely loved this little campground. The host was so nice and friendly and answered many questions that we and the kids had. The sites are densely wooded with pine. Lots of places to hang a hammock. We walked out our camper at 630am one morning to see a bull moose walking between our site and the next. There is a reservoir lake and some hiking trails nearby. There was a small rock outcropping that we enjoyed climbing with the kids right in the campground.
August 13 · Kevin KruseSites are well-spaced and wooded. Wonderful, friendly campground host who kept things clean and sanitized. Planned to stay 2 days, added on 4 more! Quick drive to the reservoir for fishing, kayaking, and hiking. Quiet during the week, a bit more chaotic over the weekend. Great jumping-off spot for Bighorn NF adventures. Will be back!
September 26 · Nature Tech FamilyFirst time at tie hack campground. Site 5. Fantastic spot, well all sites look very inviting. Peg the campground host was very friendly and kept the campground clean. Fished tie hack, stream below the dam, and south fork. Decent experience. We will camp there again.
July 18 · Sheldon BartelWe've been camping there for 3 or 4 years and love it. It's one of my favorite places to camp. Restrooms are very clean. Camp host Peggy is fantastic.
