Thousand Trails Williamsburg Reviews
We love this campground. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. They do so many fun events and it has a great community feel. The location is really convenient and the property is beautiful with all the trees. We highly recommend!
Jun 15, 2025 · Jacinda FlemingWonderful park. Great trails! Pool, putt putt, safe for kids to ride bikes. The cabins are beautiful, clean and fully equipped.Great little refuge!
Jun 10, 2025 · Catherine BIGGSThe campground was more of a RV park (long term renters too) and the tent areas were near the back of the grounds. Got a nice spot on top of a ever so slight hill towards the back. Slept through a 2-hour thunderstorm and downpour.. everything got soaked but the clay grounds absorbed nearly all the water and we were back in business by morning. Fire ring and benches were at most sites. We also had a dedicated trash bin.The tent area is a little bit of a walk from the main welcome center for showers / restroom. They are fairly clean but could use a little TLC.The welcome center has plenty of activities to do if you plan to stick around, and they have a small store with most of what you need. Was about a 10-15 minute ride to most things so was not a problem. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating.
Apr 20, 2025 · Leo LeeThe campground is peaceful and very well maintained. We needed some help with our Airstream and the staff were very pleasant and quick to help. The campground is in a great location to access Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown.
May 23, 2025 · Jodi LempiaThe people were friendly and there was plenty of things for kids. But this place is seriously in need of maintenance. The indoor pool heater isn't working. The miniature golf is covered in sticks and rocks the bathroom is covered in caution tape. The burnt up RV is the icing on the cake. My first time using my 1000 trail membership. I guess I should of just stuck with just finding nice parks on my own as opposed to hoping the membership gets me a nice place without trying. Because it doesn't.
