Thousand Trails Orlando Reviews
The park is well maintained. Our spot was level and spacious. Most staff were polite. I enjoyed the large, nice, paved roads. The park was very easy to navigate. My kids enjoyed purchasing treats at the store. Walmart delivers, which is always a plus in my book. The pool and showers were very clean.
Jun 24, 2025 · Amanda KimberlyIt's been a nightmare since we arrived. We've endured some issues each time we've come, but sorry to see it in such disrepair and will make it our last stay here. Sites have gotten worse, staff is disrespectful (with the exception of Amy) , billiard table unusable, same sad, broken down gym. We pay for the amenities and can't use any. Can't wait to leave. Save your money for a nice place.😉
Jun 22, 2025 · Christine DurepoWe stayed in our RV. We did use the showers. The shower house we used was not set up well. There was 1 handicapped shower in that bathhouse, and people always used that one because there were actually hooks to hold your stuff and a chair to hold your stuff. The 3 other showers had a small double hook on one wall. They should put more hooks on the other side. So 2 small hooks to hold towels, dirty clothes, clean clothes etc. They do have shower caddies for your shampoo, conditioner, etc. However, at 4'11, I can not reach them. We were on concrete, which was great but no trees, so it is hot! They have 2 pools right next to each other. It would be great if they could designate 1 as adults only. They do have a small store that has a variety of things, from food, soda, and ice cream to RV supplies. The park is close to Disney and parks. Lots of fast food, super Walmart, etc. nearby.
May 27, 2025 · Carie Beasley LewisWe’ve stayed at Thousand Trails Orlando twice now and really enjoyed both visits. We prefer the newer section—sites are more level and SPACIOUS. The older side has a lot of decent spots too, but the first site we were given this trip had a big drop from concrete to dirt and felt unsafe. Thankfully, the office staff was friendly and accommodating and quickly moved us to a better site with no hassle. The gate staff is especially welcoming, and the whole park is clean and well-maintained from what we observed. It’s a great place to walk, bike, and scooter around. The pool area is great—except for the nonstop 80s music. It’s been the only playlist during both our stays, and honestly, it kills the vibe and sucks the joy right out of the air. For the sake of everyone’s mental health…. I would recommend a station change!Overall, it's was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back…. just maybe not to the pool! ☹
Jun 06, 2025 · AmandaMe and my Family stayed here memorial weekend and all I can say is that we will never stay here again an the the other 5 campers we had there these weekend with friends and family. The staff was horrible they got pleasure kicking us out the pool with there attitudes. also are kids where approached by a old man that works there in the parking space and they where harassed by him because they where waiting for us to pick them up in our golf carts trying to kick them out honestly we have stayed here more than 8 times these is by far the worst time we don't know who you have working here but you need to get some staff members that actually like there jobs people come to these campsites to have fun and relax and be happy if you guys don't want that than close it down and have it a resident only our a retirement home we and 5 more family will never stay here again after that treatment.
