Thousand Trails Oaks at Point South Reviews
After a 3 week stay, I wasn’t ready to leave. Most places I’m ready to leave after a week. So the fact I wasn’t itching to leave is huge. Great vibes. Great place to rest and do life as a full time’r. Not much going on in the area, most things about 30 minutes to an hour away. If your looking to catch your breath and relax this is a good spot to do it
Jul 02, 2025 · Laura PassThey've really done a nice job keeping up with their property. It's a great location right off I95. They've added some stone to help when it rains and the sites are large enough to fit our 42 foot rig.Check in was very easy and the staff were very nice.
Jul 02, 2025 · Kaitlin FWe arrived a little early, was sent to our site. It was a one night stop over on our way from Florida to PA. Bathrooms were nice, showers were hot, pool was cool, but refreshing. The dog park is large 100 by 50 foot, looks clean and has logs and benches. The Staff was nice and friendly.
May 21, 2025 · LisanepaArrived to a severely flooded site that we didn't fit in but was moved to a different site pretty quickly. Got out and was almost carried away by the millions of mosquitoes that live there. The park itself is very run down and is in need of major renovation. It was basically a mud parking lot completely packed together. The bathhouse was adorable and clean for the most part. Unfortunately during my shower I quickly ran out of hot water and the shower curtain rod fell and hit me in the face. Tried getting it back in place but it was rusted and broken. Laundry room was tiny, over priced and uncomfortable to be in. Club house was barren and little to do. Pool was nice though.
Jun 16, 2025 · Amanda CarstenThis is a very basic campground just off I95, and it’s included in our Thousand Trails package. We had a nice long pull through site, which there plenty. We had good water pressure, clean electricity, and a sewer connection. Dog park was large, and well maintained. By no means is this a resort, but we will definitely stay here again. Also this is a great location to visit Savannah, Beaufort, or Charleston. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.
