Thousand Trails Mount Vernon Reviews
Great setting. Big park. Beautiful surrounding scenery. Felt like a state campground but with more amenities. We had a tight camp site but there were several that looked nice and roomy. Only a few sewer hook up sites. Rest use dump station. Beautiful heated pool. The park could definitely use more TLC but we'd stay again for sure.
May 26, 2025 · Candie SquiresWe stopped here for two nights on the way to Canada. It’s a nice location and safe site. Slightly noisy from highway 5, not too bad though while sleeping. Bathroom is very clean and comfortably heated. Just the bathroom itself, we would stay here again!
Jun 22, 2025 · Jess LThe lady (I'll leave her name out of this) at check-in was rude and condescending!TT has become very hard to use with friends because they now assign sites and won't put a group close together.Equipment is rundown or broken, and the rules have made it hard to "camp".On my last trip I was denied an overnight night stay because I wanted to put an air mattress in the back of my minivan. I wanted to do this because it was going to rain overnight. And, I didn't want a wet tent.I've been going to TT for over 35 years, and I no longer recommend it to anyone!
Jun 25, 2025 · philip spragurAfter staying at thousand trails Leavenworth for 5 nights, we felt compelled to come back and say how disappointed we were for the lack of welcoming service from mount Vernon. While we were there, there were a few hiccups, but it seemed like the management was just flat out unhappy to be there or welcoming to any guests in any way. I thought that maybe that’s how it is staying at rv camps now a days, but Leavenworth was so welcoming and were willing to help with us i was so blown away with their service, it’s clearly now how rv parks are. Mount Vernon has beautiful grounds but that’s not enough for us to be back.
Jul 04, 2025 · Keirstyn StarkenburgThe staff is very accommodating, bathrooms and showers were clean. I liked the hiking trails and dog park. Very big lodge with laundry facilities. I can't wait for the pool to be open in the summer.
