What a great place in a great location. It needs some overall beautification but has great bones to work with. It seriously needs some water. It looks like it was over grown at some point but the new manager, Nick, is doing a great job. He is very accommodating and friendly and I have no doubt he will have this place tip top in no time. Don't get me wrong. It is not bad now. Just very dry. Some water and grass seed would go a long way. We will definitely be back. - Lisa Adams
