Very nice and well kept campground. We enjoyed being able to fish and swim during our stay. The bath houses are super nice and clean! We loved having full hook-up and wifi at our site as well, also can't forget they have affordable golf cart rentals as well. The staff was nice and friendly too!

We enjoyed our first visit to The Lakes! This new campground has very nice facilities and sites. The location is close to the beach for a day trip. Owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Great spot for a family vacation. There is limited shade so could be a little on the hot side in the summer so bring your own shade.

Was a great RV spot for us to take the family camping. It was really cool for them to put on events for the Easter weekend for the kids such as crafts and Easter egg hunt, and games. Definitely recommend to anyone starting out camping for the first time or their amenities are great and the bathhouse is super clean. Only thing I would warn people is if you’re going to go make sure that your sewer electric and water hoses are at least 50 feet because some of the backend spots the hook ups are in the front of the spot. Overall, great place clean and quiet and lots to do for family fun.

Just finished an awesome couple of days camping, biking, and hiking (and fishing). The park is newer and very well kept. Some of the cleanest bath and showers we’ve seen at an RV park. The lakes have very good trails around them and have some pretty good fishing. Would be an excellent place to have some kayaks. We saw that they offer rentals online but we didn’t see anything there, the resort was pretty empty. Recommend the sites that back to the water. All sites are sufficiently level, even for our Travato. Not a lot of shade which is something to keep in mind. 90+% of sites are in the open. Definitely recommend, was worth the relatively pricey cost. Overall would do it again. 👍

I stayed in a cabin for a couple of nights, and it was a good experience. The cabins are sorta small, but if you know that up front, then it shouldn't be an issue. Everything was very clean, and almost anything you would want was furnished. There were pots, pans, flatware, etc. for cooking. Mugs for coffee (provided by The Lakes), and glasses. A full sized refrigerator and freezer that was very clean. The neighbors were very close, but they were also very respectful. I would most certainly stay there again if I was in the area.
