The Holly Campground Reviews
We had a great time! Staff was friendly, bath house was nice and clean with hot water, playgrounds were great. The grounds could use some maintenance. Lots of amenities for kids but most needed some up keep. We tent camped so I can’t comment on condition of the cabins. Felt a little pricey at $50/night for a tent site with electric only, for a family of 3 with 2 dogs. Overall we loved that there were trees on the sites, the playground, bounce pillow, and camp store!
Jun 02, 2025 · Megan KochWe only camped here because everyone else was full. They don't keep up with the weeds or grass. Not one person working there knows anything about anything. Just asking how late the store is open seemed to be a hard question to answer. The place is run down and not well taken care of. The people working here are no older than 18. Today, they allowed some kids to drive a military (diesel) truck all through the campground, it was super loud and went in for 2 hours. Never coming back here.
Jun 29, 2025 · chris mooreGreat place. Staff was incredibly sweet and handled everything we needed. Our site was perfectly placed and peaceful. Lots of wildlife from chipmunks and squirrels to Sand Cranes and geese. Very nice bathroom/shower house. Everything is cozy and nothing is more than a couple minute walk.
May 19, 2025 · Alexis FowlerWe had such a fantastic time at Holly Campground, thanks to our wonderful hosts, Demi and Lacy! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — from a super fun round of putt-putt golf to delivering delicious ice cream, pizza, and wings right to us. It really made us feel taken care of and added an extra special touch to the trip. There’s so much to do at the campground for all ages! The skate park and blob were huge hits, and the kids absolutely loved the playground and pedal carts. The pool looked incredible — though it was a bit too cold during our visit, we could tell it’d be perfect on a warmer day.Overall, Demi and Lacy made the experience unforgettable. Their hospitality and all the fun activities made this trip amazing, and we can’t wait to come back!-Travas & Leah
