★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is a beautiful park. Fishing, camping, cabins. Everyone I spoke with at the park was so nice. The grass is green, maintained nicely. If you want a calm relaxing get away whether fishing or not, this is definitely the place. The cabins are beautiful with a refrigerator, stove and microwave (no oven) that's ok. I learned to cook biscuits on the stove 😉.Check it out and have fun 😊.
May 07 · Lynda MillsVery nice and quiet place and lots of wildlife. We stay there to visit family and like the campground. I gave it 4 stars because some sites are not level, tree limbs need to be trimmed, and the bath houses could use some updating.
June 01 · Pat VeselyLoved it! We stayed in spot 121 for the record. Perfect spot and it was a beautiful drive from Katy. What more is there to say? We'll be back! :)
May 07 · Johnathan HardcastleBeautiful park, friendly staff, security officers are around, so you feel very safe, lots of very well maintained walking trails
July 21 · Stephen NoblesGreat place to camp, friendly neighbors in long term camping. Has bath houses, full service in sites. They have a nature center and rent kayaks and fishing poles for use on the lake. There is a abundance of wildlife from squirrels and deer to alligators in the lake. They have wifi but it is currently not working as of 3/27/25 in our area
