Sutherlin / Umpqua Valley KOA Holiday Reviews
This place was fantastic! It was once a drive-in movie theater and still has the large screen where they still play movies. There's even a special area with fire pits to sit and eat your popcorn. Some reviews comment about the sites being small for larger rigs especially those with slide outs. We have a 30' trailer without slides and had plenty of room.
Jun 12, 2025 · Derek BrayA great place to camp for a few nights. It was clean, and the hosts were friendly. We saw the last few minutes of a movie when we came, but unfortunately, our timing didn’t give us the opportunity to see one the following night. No pool here, and not a ton to do, but it was a safe place to camp. The sites were adequate, and the patios with privacy fences, tables, and chairs were nice. The dog areas were fine and kept clean. Sprinklers kept the grass and plants green. The one main bathroom was clean and kept in order, and the showers were roomy and useful. The little store had necessities and a few cute souvenirs. Prices were as expected (a little higher than out in town, but not extreme). The free popcorn was a fun treat! The kitchen and game rooms were nicely decorated and clean, too. All in all, a cute little campground to stay at while traveling in the area.
Jul 30, 2024 · Sonja GardnerWe used to like it, but their dismal customer service and ridiculously mean cancellation policy turned it sour on us. Good luck with your bad business. There are better places around. We will never go back 👎🏻
Jun 17, 2025 · Fraeulein MichelleWe had a great extended stay. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Showers and laundry facilities are very clean. Our dog had a great time too. The dog park is awesome. We enjoyed meeting people from all over the country. There is a nice playground for the kids.
May 20, 2025 · Kathy SeasonNice and quiet KOA. Lots of pull through sites and they all seemed to have patios, and as you can see dog approved. They have a larger than most play field for kids with a playground and Frisbee Golf. There is a larger than normal off leash pet area that is long enough to play fetch. The most unique feature was the GIANT out door drive up style movie screen. There is laundry in the office and restrooms, which are decent, but look ready for remodel.
