St. Louis N.E. / I-270 / Granite City KOA Journey Reviews
Not a bad campground just in an odd location. If you like the sounds of semi trucks and school buses during the day then this may be the place for you. The cabins were clean. They have air-conditioning and heat. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The staff was friendly. It's close to the highway and across the river from St Louis.
May 25, 2025 · Josh IThis place isn’t in the nice part of town. The RV sites are dirty. There’s trash everywhere. The playground is gross. Kids were able to play only on a floor pillow thing they have which isn’t bad. The “basketball” court they have is mostly broken. Shakes and I’m not even sure why they have it up. The pool was closed at 6 pm when we arrived so kids couldn’t play in it. What kind of place closes a pool during the summer at 6 when you’re barely checking in at 4?!So disappointed! Would never stay here again even if it was free. Don’t waste your time or money here.
May 31, 2025 · Berenice LarreaLocation to 270 is the best thing about this campground. It was safe. Grass needed mowed and a little work would make it a cute place to stay. Decent amount of bugs.
Jun 26, 2025 · DavidGreat restrooms. Have some repellent for mosquitoes. Love the power outlets at our campsite that made it super easy to charge all my devices and power banks.
Jul 02, 2025 · Matouš HýblNot the expected KOA standard. Lots were way too small. We had to move picnic table to pull in. The next lot had a guy working on his truck, 2 dogs that presented as threatening and there was dog poop left along the utility line which was not picked up even though the owner was home. So disappointing and cost was $60+
