Springy Point Campground Reviews
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean and well kept. The view from the beach was fantastic. And the price to tent $39 USD/night was a steal.
Aug 17, 2024 · Gilbert MarcouxScheduled to stay two nights here. Only stayed one because we adopted a dog on our Montana excursion 😁 The night we stayed was delightful. It was a packed campground, but everything was well kept and clean. Having hot water for both a shower and dishwasher was outstanding! We would definitely stay here again!
Aug 12, 2024 · Eric CrosbyBoat launch was closed due to low water, swimming was closed because it was too early in the season and the first area I was told my camp trailer would fit definitely was not accurate. Campground host and park ranger were very kind and helpful and agreed they needed to update their website and they also plan to clear about 70 trees to make it safer and more accessible.
Jun 12, 2024 · Wesley ReeseWhile boating, we stopped here to use the facilities. Unfortunately, the campground closed on September 9, and the restrooms were locked. Beautiful shoreline, boat dock, and well maintained campground. Too bad the grounds were closed so early in the year.
Sep 14, 2023 · Kelly LNice, small, campground. Large well kept restroom with showers, a boat launch and a small beach access/ swimming area. Most people here had some type of water toy like a kayak, paddle board or the like since you can easily carry them down to the water from your camp site. Sites didn't have a lot of privacy but I've stayed at worse, certainly nothing like a KOA. No trails to speak of so for us this was a place to hang by the water and head out for the day to other hiking destinations.
