★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Pulled in here for a one night stay to break up our long drive. I took full advantage of the laundry, which was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool, game room, pickle ball court, basketball court, and corn hole. You’re in a central location downtown but there are so many trees that you feel very isolated. It is a very busy campground but the staff is very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary doughnuts and coffee in the morning before setting off on our next travel day. All the facilities are well maintained and clean. I would stay again!
July 15 · Kelly BickelSalt Lake City KOA Holiday is located right in the city center, which makes it super convenient. The campground has full amenities, including a nice pool and a fun playground for kids. It’s busy and lively, great for families who enjoy a social atmosphere. However, the front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, still a great place to stay. I would rate it 4 stars.
July 20 · Nguyên My Sa LêThe Hosts at the Salt Lake KOA went above and beyond for us!! We broke down at the grocery store just down the road from the KOA and didn’t know what we were gonna do. When I called and talked to Nichole she was so sweet and more than willing to work with us. They allowed us to have a heavy wrecker tow truck tow us to the KOA and then the next day allow a mobile mechanic come work on our RV. Angie and Michael were so helpful in getting us to a better spot so the tow truck could get us in our spot and still get himself out. While my husband was working with them, they let our boys go swimming, play in the game room and use the showers. It was a hot day and we had already been sitting in the grocery stores lot for 3hr. The pool felt so good!! I just can’t say enough about the KOA Hosts, they all treated us so kindly, checked in on us and genuinely cared!! Nichole even put our site on hold for three extra days in case we needed longer for repairs. We ended up adding one day to be able to enjoy a few more things in the area!! We loved our time at the KOA and would definitely make it a stop on another road trip!
July 21 · Yolande AndrusCame here and stayed for a week on our way back east. Driving in I was a little skeptical of what the park would be like. The area the campground is located in has a lot of homeless people and some places are really run down. Once we pulled into the campground I felt instant relief! It is so well maintained and the facilities seem really updated. The roads in the campground didn’t seem tight but a lot of people had their campers hanging out the back of the spot into the road which was kind of annoying because it makes moving around the park tough with bigger campers. The pool and bathrooms are clean and staff is so helpful and friendly! Store is well stocked with most things in case you forgot something!
July 13 · Michaelia CampagnaWe stayed there one night as we were driving north to Montana. It was full and very busy. The swimming pool was full of people. The location was interesting.. in the middle of what seemed to be a sort of town where homeless roam around .. I am assuming that because of that the bathrooms were locked down. Besides that it worked well for our one night stay.
