Rogue River Campground & RV Resort is designed to provide a comprehensive range of services, particularly catering to RV travelers, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Based on available public information, here's what guests can expect:
- Full Hookup RV Sites: A primary offering, the resort provides sites with full hookups, which typically include electricity (30/50 amp), water, and sewer connections. This is a significant advantage for RVers, allowing for extended stays with all the comforts of home.
- Metered Electricity: It's important for potential guests to note that, as indicated by a review, electricity may be metered. This means that power usage is tracked and charged separately, on top of the base daily or weekly rate. Guests should inquire about this policy directly with the resort to understand the pricing structure fully.
- Daily/Weekly Rates: The resort offers flexible booking options, including both daily and weekly rates, catering to short visits or extended stays.
- Deposit Requirement: As mentioned in a customer review, a substantial deposit, potentially up to $750 for a week-long stay, might be required. This is an important factor for budgeting and should be confirmed when booking.
- Pet-Friendly Environment: While not explicitly detailed in the provided snippets, many modern RV resorts strive to be pet-friendly, and a "good vibes all around" atmosphere often suggests a welcoming policy for furry companions. It is always recommended to confirm specific pet policies.
- On-site Management/Office: The presence of a resort suggests on-site management and an office, which would handle check-ins, inquiries, and provide assistance to guests.
- Waste Disposal: With full hookups, individual site sewer connections are available. There would also likely be general waste and recycling facilities.
Rogue River Campground & RV Resort boasts several key features and highlights that enhance the guest experience and make it a desirable destination for Oregonians:
- Riverside Location: A major draw is its direct proximity to the famous Rogue River. This offers guests not only scenic views but also convenient access for various river activities such as fishing, kayaking, and potentially even white-water rafting tours, which are popular in the area.
- "Good Vibes All Around": A recurring theme from customer feedback emphasizes the positive atmosphere and "good vibes" at the resort, often attributed to respectful people and a welcoming environment. This indicates a community-oriented and pleasant stay for visitors.
- Spacious and Well-Maintained Sites: While not explicitly detailed, the term "resort" and the generally positive sentiment (aside from pricing concerns) suggest that the RV spots are designed to be comfortable and well-kept. The expectation for a resort is often neatly paved or graveled pads, and sufficient space between units.
- Convenient Access to Grants Pass: The resort's location just off Rogue River Highway means easy and quick access to the city of Grants Pass. This provides guests with immediate availability of groceries, restaurants, local shops, and other urban amenities should they need a break from the outdoors.

From here, guests can embark on day trips to Crater Lake National Park, visit local wineries, explore nearby hiking trails, or engage in the numerous outdoor recreational opportunities the area offers.
- Focus on RV Comforts: With full hookup sites, the resort caters specifically to RV travelers, ensuring they have access to essential utilities that make for a more comfortable and extended stay compared to more primitive campgrounds.

Rogue River Campground & RV Resort Reviews
Just looked on the website there insane requesting a $750 deposit for a 1 week stay on top of the $250 it cost for the week plus it also suggested the power is meter meaning they charge you extra for electric on top of that for a week. Most parks charge a set daily or weekly rate including power without an insane deposit. I hope the spots are made of gold for this kind of money.
