4.0
Surprisingly peaceful nights sleep next to a busy street. We were a walk-in on a Friday and snagged site #411, next to the water. There is a path leading to a small beach. The path is steep but the view of the glacial fed lake to an intimate beach is worth the descent. Our site includes electrical 30 and 50 amp, picnic table and fire ring. The entire camp ground is clean and during our stay fellow campers were friendly and respectfully quiet after 9pm. Our Camp host Dan is friendly, helpful and suggested places to eat in the neighborhood. Next time we visit Mount Rainier, we will stay here again. - Cindy Becker
