Riverside Campground Reviews
Very nice campground. The bathrooms and showers were really well maintained and clean. Easy walking distance from our camp site to the bathrooms, gameroom and pool area. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I felt at ease letting my son play without being worried he would get snatched. Usually I keep an eagle eye on him but I felt like everyone there watched out for each other's kids. It was very kid friendly. The camp site we had was right next to the river so we could walk down and fish easily whenever we wanted and hear the nice water rustling at night while we went to sleep. We will definitely be making a return trip soon.
Jun 03, 2025 · Amy Baker (Llatavae)Clean park. Pretty quiet. The site was definitely not level. Bathrooms were missing tiles and hooks. Hot water lasted about 3 minutes when taking a shower.

Jun 04, 2025 · Andrew JonesJUNE 3-5TH 2024. Campground is well maintained with very friendly and always helpful staff. Bathrooms are very nice and clean. The pool is well kept and all the grounds were mowed well. I love that all rules are enforced so all dogs had to stay on leashes or they would be asked to leave. The owners or workers are always around the campground and easy to find if questions arise. I look forward to my next visit.Carla Lilly
Jun 05, 2024 · Carla LillyWe were at Riverside Campground for two weeks after welcoming our new granddaughter to the world. The campground itself is very nice, but the employees and caretakers are even nicer! Our lot (41) had both 30amp and 50amp hookups, water, sewer, a wooden picnic table, and a fire ring. The wifi got spotty for a minute or two occasionally, but it worked more often than it was down and had really good speeds. Everything you need for a great camping experience! The lots are very spacious and comfortable! You never have to worry about encroaching on your neighbor's lot. Our little Geo Pro was one of the smallest in the campground, but that left us a ton of space for parking and for the dogs.We took two dogs with us for the first week and then brought a third with us for the second week after a quick trip home. The dogs loved the peace and quiet as much as we did! They also loved walking down to the river and all around the campground.Everything was so beautifully manicured, including the lawns and decks owned by the permanent residents. The pool, basketball court, and playground were very nice! The camp office/shop is really well stocked with the necessities; even dog poo bags if you run out mid trip! 😂
