Restroom Facilities: Essential for any campground, these typically include toilets and showers. While recent feedback has indicated some areas for improvement regarding cleanliness and hot water availability, these are standard provisions.
Recreational Areas: Campgrounds often feature spaces for play and relaxation. The mention of a large pavilion and a pool suggests dedicated areas for group activities and cooling off during warmer months.

Vibrant Activity Programming: The campground is known for hosting engaging activities, with a particular highlight being a DJ-led Saturday night, providing a fun and energetic atmosphere for all ages. This commitment to entertainment goes beyond just providing a space, actively fostering a community feel.
Generous Pavilion for Gatherings: The "huge" pavilion is a significant asset, making it an excellent venue for larger groups, family reunions, or communal events. This covered space offers protection from the elements and a central meeting point.
Refreshing Pool Access: The availability of a pool is a major draw, especially during Michigan's warm summer months. It provides a perfect way to cool down, relax, and have fun, appealing to both children and adults.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Staffing is a 0 out 5 because no one ever answers the phone. Bathrooms are a 0 out of 5 because they are disgusting. Garbage was over flowing in every shower stall. Mud and dirt all over the floors. Main garbage can over flowing. Toilet paper all over the floors in the stalls. To top it off, the showers were cold. The pro is that the lots are really nice but there was garbage all in the fire pit. There was no staffing after memorial wknd. Which is obvious. Also, this was 2 days after memorial wknd
May 28 · Kelly RhodesFun activities. It was the first time there was a dj. We had an awesome Saturday night. Pavillion is huge ans guests can use the pool. Great for family reunions.
June 08 · M CookMe and my family rented an RV space for the fourth of July week. We had a beautiful family vacation. Rebecca at the front desk was such a sweet soul. We will definitely put this on the top of our list for family getaways. The showers were clean. The property is well maintained and it was reasonable for the weekly rate during peak season. My daughter learned how to swim because she finally found a spot where she felt comfortable. Loved it!
January 20 · Ashe BaliVery beautiful place!!! The staff was absolutely amazing during our stay. Rebecca in the office was such an amazing help when we needed to move sites due to the rain!!!
May 06 · CaseyWe have stayed at this camp ground many times. This year was not the same. Not sure why. The store hours are not the greatest. They close early and do not open back up until 10AM. After the store closes you cannot purchase fire wood. We sleptin tents and they put us on a hill. A gentleman who works there was riding a lawn mower around the park at 7:30AM.The pond inflatables were not in any kind of condition for our kids to play on.I do realize the depth of the river for kayaking is out of their hands. But they could warn you that part of the trip down the river in a tandem you will have to get out and pull through the shallow parts. No soap in the bathroom over night into the late morning. It’s a beautiful camp ground I hope that whatever is going on gets taken care of soon.
