Rancho Del Rio Reviews
Went white water rafting with my three brothers and had an unforgettable experience. The whole trip was well-organized and exciting from start to finish. Our guide, Tanner, was the standout—super helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made us feel safe while keeping things fun and engaging the whole way. He really made the experience for us. Would definitely recommend !
May 17, 2025 · Akib DinI've used Rancho del Rio for river shuttles and put-ins dozens of times, but this weekend they were wildly impressive. Faced with 40mph winds and miserable river conditions, we pulled over to see if they had already shuttled our cars, and if there was any way to move them closer. Lauren's customer service was unbelievable. She started with "what do you need and how can we help?" From there, they were able to find a solution for us and did so in the friendliest, most kind-hearted way. So amazing and made us customers for life.
Jun 23, 2025 · Adam KnoffJust had the most fantastic experience at Rancho del Rio. We booked the shuttle service to take my truck to two bridges while we rafted down there. When we arrived at two bridges my truck wasnt there, but the owner of RdR, Jimmy, was. Turns out my truck had a flat tire. Jimmy took me back to my truck, personally took off the tire, fixed it, pumped it up, and put it back on. No charge. Big shout out to RdR, you take excellent care of your customers. We will keep on supporting you.
May 25, 2025 · Martin RustWe have visited Rancho Del Rio many times and recently held our wedding there in September. I cannot say enough good things about this place, our weekend was completely magical! Our guests, who came from all over the country, were blown away by the beauty of rancho, their accommodations, and friendliness of the whole staff. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or wedding venue this is your place! A big thank you to Lauren and the whole staff for being rock stars!
Nov 14, 2024 · Samantha MusselmanFantastic float for a family trip. Our raft guide, Collin, did a wonderful job in guiding the raft and telling about himself and the area. Very personable man. Our van driver to and from the river, Jake, was also remarkable. He also told us of his very entertaining life style and experiences. He also made sure all was safe. On the way to put-in a strap broke on the raft trailer and he stopped the entire group to make corrections so that nothing went wrong. A highly recommended place and guides.
