★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm giving this a one star because of the customer service the place is actually fairly nice and quite. Our rent was due on the 25th of each month. We were there temporarily for a job in which we don't know when we're going to be done. I paid him July 25th $740. $700 for the month of rent which wouldn't be due again until August 25th, and $40 for laundry service so I could do laundry. We got word that we were moving locations so I called Dave as soon as we were informed And let him know that we would be moving, We packed up our camper and left on August 5th which I called him numerous times the day before and several times during the day of the move so I could get a partial refund for rent and give him his laundry key. I have called multiple times and have left multiple messages to get a partial refund for the month's rent and laundry, considering we were only there for 12 days after I paid him a full month's rent $700 and The $40 for the laundry service for the month. It's very unprofessional to not answer your phone or return calls. And if you think that it's okay to keep $740 for 12 days that's absolutely absurd and you should be ashamed of yourself. So just know if you go here and you give the full month's rent and you unexpectedly get moved to a different location and try to contact him for a partial refund he won't return phone calls or meet up. Now his voice mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message and then it hangs up. No call backs and I've been calling everyday since August 5th to meet up. I was waiting to write this to give him the chance to do the right thing. But after numerous attempts for almost a week now (day 5 of trying) this is where we're at.
August 10 · Laura PraterI loved the quietness and easy way everything is done in this campground. I had no complaints at all until we left and had several plumbing problems because there is sand in the water well. It was stuck to the bottom of my dogs water bowl since it was orange I didn’t notice it. I washed it but didn’t scrub. The sand was stuck to the bottom of my waterpick to the bottom of the water reservoir in my keurig. I didn’t think much about it until we started having water pressure problems, my dishwasher quit working, my washing machine overflowed because it was clogged and today we found sand and debris in our holding tank and in the intake valve going into the RV. We hope that is all we find we left February 21st. The filters don’t work they get clogged too.
April 21 · Becky SuttonI have lived in Quiet Oaks for over 3 years. As a single woman I feel safe and cared for here. I have never experienced anything negative while living here. As a matter of fact, the landlord is very attentive and will evict anyone who shows any signs of drug use. I highly recommend this campground to anyone.
May 08 · Mary WiltshireBeen living here for about 6 months. Owner is very attentive to issues and upkeep. Any issues with tenants aren't tolerated and handled quickly.
March 20 · Stewart EvansGood, clean and safe place !! If there's any problems the owner will take care of it immediately. Would absolutely stay there again.
