This was a great little campground not far from home. Don’t let the drive in to the office fool you, it’s not all residents. They were having some septic issues so they gave us a discount for our stay. The campsites, we had a creek back in, are great. Plenty of room and a great grassy area behind our spot right up to the creek. The creek was wonderful, our 2 year old loved it. The bathrooms were so clean and the showers were free. There are a lot of permanent trailers on-site (nicely done) but only about 5 people live there full time. We also never had anyone bother our campsite or take anything. We fished in the ponds, only got some little ones. At this time they are doing a lot of dozer work. I’m hoping they have the playground up and going (and upgraded) when we go back. We were there from Sunday to Wednesday with about 8 other trailers that pulled in on Monday, it was still so quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend for an easy going get away, and it’s about a half hour from the Trail of 100 Giants. - Jamie Buck
