Putah Canyon Campground Reviews
Best place on lake berryessa! Most camp sites are next to the water. The price is good. And you can reserve sites about a week out. Best lake camping around. No fires at the moment for the summer but I understand why. Propane fire and gas BBQ are still allowed.
Jun 21, 2025 · SethGreat place to go camping!Keep an eye out for the Ground Squirrels that live here too! They are very cute and curious but they will try to steal your food.
Jun 28, 2025 · Robert FullerCampground was nice! I will say it’s hard to access the lake from many of the campgrounds, have to climb a hill or walk really far and through someone else’s campsite. The campsites are also small and pretty close together, but we had one on the end which was nice and more spacious. There are only porta potties and no sinks, so make sure to bring your wet wipes and hand sanitizer.
Sep 01, 2024 · Keegan SmithGreat spot at the lake right on the water. Some spots are better than others but great neighborly vibes and beachs were great for the kids to enjoy and share with other kids. Would definitely go back. We explored the inside of the lake near our camp ground and some of the "prime" spots. We caught LOTS of lizards in the day time also.
Jul 17, 2024 · Wes JonesGreat place to go camping. They have some spots with shade close to the water. The area is very clean little to no bugs and the portable restrooms are clean. The staff is super friendly. The area is clean and the water is clear.
