4.0
The park is beautiful for the most part and has a great community. However, because of horrible business/management/sales practices many of the people are getting out fast as they can. The land being leased is also a factor to consider if looking to buy. After over a year I can say from my experiences as well as others, is that this business lacks integrity, ethics and morals. It appears their incentive is only to make a profit or make themselves look as good as possible while they try to avoid any responsibility or accountability. They do not have your best interest in mind and have had many members complain about the board, the Park manager, the head ranger (head of the rangers) the constant misinformation, miscommunications, and the concern for the members and or employees to speak up for fear the park management may target them and retaliate. Overall, a sense of looking over your back and not feeling safe. Would be great place physically, unfortunately due to a lack of accountability, ethics, and integrity this is by far the biggest concern. - Jennifer C. (Jenni Rose)
