Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg KOA Holiday Reviews
Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, courteous. Fun place, family friendly, but not "policed" by staff after hours. Minors in pool after hours and very noisy. Wheeled and motorized bikes, scooters with kids and adults riding very fast through the park should be addressed. The lazy river was very enjoyable and a nice addition to the pool.Again, excellent staff.
Jun 29, 2025 · Mary DombrovskiMy family and I are fairly new to RVing, having bought our first RV in August 2023. Since then, we’ve gone “glamping” at least once a month. We usually avoid traditional RV parks, preferring the natural feel of state and national parks, and we haven’t always been impressed with RV park service. But our Spring Break trip to Pigeon Forge led us to the KOA—and we were overwhelmingly satisfied. As Disney fans who’ve visited Fort Wilderness multiple times, we hold campgrounds to a high standard. While this KOA isn’t Fort Wilderness, it’s easily a new favorite. The genuine hospitality from every staff member, the pride in the park’s appearance, and the attention to guest experience really stood out. It’s clear this team understands what great service means—not because they’re told to, but because they take pride in their work. You expect this level of service at Disney, but rarely find it elsewhere. This KOA is the exception. When I sat down to write this review, I wanted it to reflect just how well we were treated. We truly can’t wait to come back.
Apr 21, 2025 · Devon NicholsStayed in a deluxe cabin overlooking Patriot Park. We loved the view and outside space. We were right next to the games area (horseshoes, bocce) and kids loved that. Inside was well stocked, extra half bath was so nice and having double bunks for just 2 kids was great for places to put luggage on bottom. Found multiple items left behind by previous guests in bunk room which made me concerned on overall cleanliness. Also no fitted sheets for bunks and flat sheets just don't stay tucked in on bottom. Pool with lazy river was wonderful. Overall we'd return, but take our own fitted sheets.
Jun 03, 2025 · Diana DelaneyPerfect location. Staff was amazing and accommodating. The pool is heated and was the perfect temperature, the lazy river was a bonus. The playground is awesome and has a train that runs in the mornings for the kids in the park. There's a trolly station next door that will take you nearly anywhere within pigeon forge/ Gatlinburg. Showers were clean and hot and the store had all sorts of items above and beyond what you would need camping. The laundry facility was nicely priced and open 24 hours which is perfect for me to do laundry after the kids go to bed. Highly recommend!
Mar 23, 2025 · Jessica StillingsHad a great weekend. Very friendly staff. We came in late, so I called before we got there and said we are coming in late. The lady explained that it was ok and then said that we will find a board next to the check-in counter with a map of where we were camping at. The site we were at was right up front, so it was easy to find. The property is very well kept up as there was always an employee riding around. Just an all around great experience.
