Petersen Park Recreation Camp

Campground, Children's camp ★4.0

10730 N 4400 W, Tremonton, UT 84337, USA

4.0
Really nice, clean, green place to camp and have a family reunion. We just help one with over 125 people and there is so much space. Lots of grass to set up tents, in the shade if you want. The river is slow and murky, but the kids lived playing in the water. (We were there end of June). Two huge pavilions with seating for 200+.There are several refrigerators around the park. Power outlets at the pavilions and a few other places (like the bathrooms). Not really any kitchen prep areas, but you can use the metal picnic tables for prepping food. Water is available throughout camp. Lots of short hiking trails that our kids loved. There is a good grocery store about 6 minutes from camp. The service Missionaries that work there are kind and helpful. We plan to return in 2 years for another reunion. - Justin Hirst
