July 20 · Angie Swoffer**5/5 stars**Pecan paradise found!Pecan Grove Campsite is a GAME CHANGER - they actually let you forage for fallen pecans late winter - we're talking BUCKETS full!Tip: Must notify management before wandering around the grounds pecan-hunting - worth the quick call, trust me!Has anyone else scored big here like we did?
April 12 · David ShayaniMy husband and I rented one of the log cabins. We had a wonderful experience here. Stacy was such a personable and helpful lady! From taking our reservation to our TV not wanting to work, she was very kind and helpful. It was a nice campground to stay in. Very quiet, relaxing cabin with everything we needed plus close to the lake. We would recommend staying here! We cannot wait to come back 😊 Thanks for everything Stacy!!
July 25 · Leah HouseVery accommodating. We rented Moose Lodge. Which is a really nice 2br, 2 bath mobile home.Impeccable customer service. Most definitely will be going back. Well worth the 6 hour drive.
April 29 · val saxtonThe cabins are nice but ours wasn't clean. The toilet wasn't cleaned well and there were urine streaks down the outside of the bowl and splashed on the adjacent bathtub. I was VERY glad I happened to have a container of Clorox wipes. The hot water was also pinkish-purple (!!) maybe from bleach. The photo doesn't even show quite how colored the water was! We ended up going to Wal-Mart and getting some jugs of water and didn't want to use that water there. There were also multiple scented plug ins that created such a strong smell that gave me a bad headache. Bring a long extension cord if you want to use a fan in the loft (probably will be wanted in the summer). Also the AC unit was very loud so ear plugs would be good. We did also have ants all over the sink. The photo is after I killed a bunch and they started coming back through the wall I guess. When we called they came over to spray quickly but did say they've been having these problems in our cabin due to a rotten log.
