Paynes Creek Campground Reviews
Hidden gem. Bike trails and campground are spectacular. Campsites are well spaced and beautiful. Many have easy lake access. We love coming back to this site.
Jun 25, 2025 · Rose DegnerGreat campground. Large spacious lots and it appears most of the lots are on the lake. Pause water and electricity at all the sites. Not sure about grey or black water dumping as I was tent camping and it appeared that this part of the facility did not work. But plenty of bathrooms and bath houses. There's also a playground located here. And dogs are welcome.
Nov 04, 2024 · Warfather1964Nice quiet campground. Sites are very large and spacious. Comfort stations are dated but very clean. We enjoyed our time here. Update May 2022: We've been to this campground 4x now, it's a great place!
May 26, 2022 · Cody WatsonBe careful of site 39. It was very unleveled. I couldn't position my camper in any way to level out the front end. Even with buckets and jacks maxed out, I was still out of stroke.
Jun 09, 2025 · Brandon SoileauGreat spaces with RV hookups clean ,nice playground. Only down fall the lake got pulled down so low the beach area wasn't good for swimming . The staff very friendly
