★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Loved it here. Cute place, quiet, clean, peaceful. We went for the quiet couples area in C14 and it was wonderful! So relaxing. The worst part about camping is the bathroom situation but here that's not an issue, they clean from 1-3pm and everything is well maintained. The outdoor showers were great, a little expensive but just bring a lot of quarters. The sites are small (it is the Cape) but actually you are more spread out than I expected! Don't need a reservation, just pulled in, picked out a site and got setup right away. This campground is in a great location and close to everything. Not within walking distance to the beach though, you could however bike there.
August 20 · Jennifer ContiClean, well maintained, campground just far enough off the beaten path to feel somewhat remote, but actually very close to Eastham and Wellfleet. Nice short walk gets you to Duck Pond which our daughter LOVED. Longer "hike" finds you at White Crest beach, which was beautiful the morning I visited. We had a great site, though some seemed small and a little too close to neighbors, especially considering the hefty fee ($45/night--yikes!). But we had a wonderful time and, with the caveat of the fee being high, would definitely recommend to friends looking to camp on the Cape.
August 16 · Jeff LarsonBeautiful campground, very friendly and approachable staff, and close to many wellfleet beaches. Ride your bike from your campsite to the beach, and then come back and roast marshmellows over a fire ( one of the only few Cape Cod campgrounds that allows fires). Clean facilities, very quiet, and very relaxing. We'll be going back again!
November 01 · Coffee Is LifeTerrific campground, old time family feel, beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to a kettle pond. Sold recently to the State, which is apparently saying they will continue to operate it the same way. Prices may fall, in line with other state campgrounds, and it may well be far more crowded, as it used to be.
September 23 · Jordan VernerNasty bathrooms and we can hear from everywhere the people doing their thing. Almost impossible to get to the beach by bike, you will get runover by a car. Also, nothing to do on the campground and the spots aren't leveled up. The only thing positive, it's calm and their is a lots of shade.
