Got a call from them not a week before our trip saying our reservation was unavailable. I was already seeing if we should bring the tent for a campground when instead they offered a complementary upgrade into the biggest cabin. It is so rare to see generosity now a days, it took me by surprise how kind they were. The cabin itself had large beds, privacy curtains, and a large central area. Just a great place and great service overall - Tomas Vivas
