Dec 06, 2022 · Jess HahnNever did get to stay there. I was admitted to the hospital before our departure date. It’s been over three months and still won’t refund the months rent. Lots of excuses and outright lies. NEVER pay in advance to this parking lot.
Sep 20, 2023 · lori bryngelsonMade reservations for two week stay for work ,paid all up front ,company changed my plans had to cancel reservations with a few days notice , was told they were keeping the full amount no refund.Absolute thievery, will be filing a complaint with South Carolina Department of Consumers affairs.I gave 1* because it wouldn't allow a negative star they stated thar the non refund was clear in the website reservation for, it does not state anything about canceled reservation , I would understand a partial deposit being withheld but not a two week reservation paid in its entirety.,.keeping the entire two weeks without staying one day is robbery
