Northshore Campground - Loon Lake Reviews
This is a nice car-campground right on Loon Lake. It's well organized and easy to find. The road is fully paved all the way to and into this campground, so you can enjoy camping here in any type of vehicle. The bathrooms needed a good cleaning while we were here, but what do you expect from vault toilets in the wilderness? Overall, a beautiful getaway near the lake!
Jun 13, 2024 · JonathanSolid place. View to the lake. On my experience it needs more trees, because you will see everyone around, no privacy really. Amazing sun set, little bit cold at night . Place itself very clean. Everything was prepared to our visitWe did reservation 1 week before our trip. It looks like 2-3 places were free at the time we arrived. But reservation always recommended
Jun 18, 2023 · Viacheslav ElikovCampground hosts are amazing. They keep the bathrooms, and grounds very clean. The Campground has been redesigned since the last time we were here in 2018. More Lake front camping, lots of space between campsites. Loon lake is a great lake for kayaking, boating and fishing. The water is clear and lots of little island like places to explore. Northshore Campground is the last paid for Campground before going into the Rubicon, lots of traffic going into the Rubicon when we were their the end of July 2020.

Sep 21, 2023 · Melissa HarrisNice little campground with a good amount of space between camp sites. Pretty quiet; we had a nice view of Lake Britton. We did have to pack in our own water so until they fix the water stations, keep that in mind.
