★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely gorgeous park.! I was surprised to be the only one camping, the tent side, tho it was during the week days. Huge lake, tons of fish, paddle boards, boats, otters, toilets that flush and sinks with soap. No showers. I will say the sprinklers probably go off every day around 9. There are signs posted for specific days, but the sign is not accurate. I got soaked as I was packing my things to leave.
July 18 · Mindy WyssAlways love going to CJ Strike / North Park. Only about a 20 min drive from base, nice walking path and picnic area, in the off season were usually by ourselves, so peaceful!
March 01 · Shannan DaviesNo hookups but very nice and wide spots. Make sure to check the length of the spot because some are pretty short. The bathroom is great and heated, but there are no showers. I would say the best campground on CJ.
September 01 · Brandon PechinBeen to almost all the CJ strike parks for camping. But just spent June 7-10th camping at this park. This specific park has the worst earwig infestation I’ve ever ever seen. Obviously you go into camping understanding there will be bugs. But this was INSANELY bad. No amount of bug spray would get away the gnats, ear wigs and spiders. Seriously so so bad. Also, specifically this park (north park) has no running water in the women’s sink either. Kind of gross. They didn’t even have soap in the bathroom so we could bring our own water and wash our hands. Highly disappointing.Great Lake area for Paddleboarding and playing in the water though.
June 10 · Abbey MishlerAs far as fishing and parks go North Park is nice. Plenty of places to fish of the shore or docks. Clean bathrooms and room for the kids to run around. It can get windy so dress accordingly.
