North Fork Campground Reviews
This is a beautiful and secluded campground. The weather was perfect but got colder at night. Bring bug spray because of the mosquitoes by the creek. There’s a trail right by the campground which is beautiful and leads to the little Laramie river.
Jun 23, 2025 · NidhiBig group of friends did dispersed camping right before the campsites by turning left. Site had space for multiple tents. Road was rocky but don’t need super high clearance AWD highly recommended. Great if you don’t care for a bathroom but access nearby and would rather have more space and privacy. 20 min drive to the Medicine bow peak trail!
Apr 08, 2025 · Michelle LewisWe stayed for 2 nights in late June. Great hosts, there was water, the toilets were among the nicest we’ve ever seen, and the sound of the river was glorious. The stars were awesome. Fantastic campground.
Jul 03, 2025 · Mark BThere were plenty of open sites. The grounds were filled with wildflowers and chipmunks. The bathrooms were clean, but don't forget to bring your own toilet paper just in case. I could hear the Little Laramie River nearby. The grounds were easily accessible with my Chevy Malibu. Folks at the nearby visitor center were very helpful, and there are great mountain and alpine lake views nearby.
