★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The campground was very well maintained with clean pit toilets. Lots of open space, so it's nice for group activity. The beach is right across the campground and the water is amazing this time of the year. But it was a little muddy near the coast .
June 20 · ganesh hegdeRules aren't enforced well, a group of 16 in a site for 8, with 5 cars (2 allowed) partied loud till 11 (with a warning) then resumed at 1140. Quiet hours are 10p-7a they should have been kicked out not warned. They were also in a handicap site, trashed the bathrooms, and were shininga Bright spotlight all over other camps and up the mountain... the were completely disrespectful to campers around them.
May 27 · Sequoia “Koya” PophamCame here on a Sunday morning and we were the only ones here. Yes, there is construction, happening but NO ONE was there. If you want to avoid big crowds and sharing space with other people, this is the worth the extra drive. It’s on the border of Idaho and Utah, on the Utah side. I stayed for about 4 hours at the end around 3 PM there were 2 other groups but plenty of space cause we were all spread out. Dog friendly. Toddler friendly. It is a short walk to the beach from the parking lot and rocky so might need sandals to get there. There are shaded picnic tables and non shaded picnic tables right on the water.
October 20 · Myra BoardmanWe have come here 2 years in a row now! And we really enjoy our ti.e here. Close to the beach. Nice covered picnic tables and fire pit. Lots of space at the sites.
June 24 · Karen MatthewsLooks nice. Tried to book a spot for mid-June. Tried and tried. Called the forest service, and they said we couldn't reserve a spot tell after Memorial Day. After doing some more research, we found it under a different name (Boarder), and most of the sites were booked.
