Wisconsin, with its stunning shorelines, lush forests, and countless lakes, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Monument Point Camping perfectly encapsulates the essence of a quintessential Wisconsin camping experience, focusing on quiet enjoyment and natural beauty. As one satisfied camper shared, "My husband and I spent the first half of our vacation at Monument Point Campground... All I can say is WE WILL BE BACK!! ... It was quiet in the evenings and they are pretty strict about quiet time and dogs (which they allow, but there are rules), but I, for one, appreciate that!!" This sentiment highlights the campground's commitment to providing a calm and respectful environment, which is often a top priority for those seeking a true escape. While it's important to be aware of all customer feedback, the consistent praise for the quiet atmosphere and accommodating nature of some staff members, like Kelsey, suggests a genuine effort to create a positive experience for most visitors.

Monument Point Camping Reviews
My husband and I spent the first half of our vacation at Monument Point Campground. I am somewhat of a seasoned camper but this is new to my husband, and new to both of us in the 33ft RV in inherited from my folks. All I can say is WE WILL BE BACK!! We are close to retirement and considering being a "season" resident at Monument Point in a few years. The location is perfect, so close to some beautiful beaches and state parks. Our favorite was Whitefish Dunes, just a 15 minute drive.Kelsey and her "staff" were SO accommodating as well. If you are a camper, this is the place for you. It was quiet in the evenings and they are pretty strict about quiet time and dogs(which they allow, but there are rules), but I, for one, appreciate that!!
Aug 11, 2024 · Deanna J RosenfeldAfter 3 years of a permanent site we were treated terrible by the owner. She was extremely odd and controlling as well as manipulative. She tried to get us to not use the service that we paid for recommending that we do not dump out the trailer or that we go to Green Bay to dump it. We still had 3 credits for getting our tanks emptied ($60) owed to us when we left and she is refusing to pay us the $60 with no justification offered. It is a quiet Campground and the other campers are great! The owner Deb is an awful human being. Please do not give this woman your business and if you choose to, be ready to be taken advantage of.
Oct 12, 2022 · Michael RahmlowMonument Point was pretty nice. Insanely clean bathrooms and showers so that was awesome. We had site 75. Sites are fairly private with lots of trees and shrubs between everyone. Met lots of friendly people. Apparently alot of the guests are there for the whole season so lots of big campers around and people seem to know each other. Very kid friendly and safe. Playground could use some updating (swings and sand box only pretty much) and no beach on-site, but just a few miles from beautiful Egg Harbor. Beaches nearby drive away. Mini golf and fun park just up the HWY from this place.
Jul 16, 2017 · Ashly KWe are staying here for a week and have been very impressed so far. Very clean bathroom with many shower stalls available. Very helpful and friendly owners. Reasonable prices in the camp store and firewood bundles, although $8, are huge. The campsites themselves are shaded and fairly private. Mosquitoes are here, but not terrible. Great location between Sturgeon Bay and Fish Creek.
Aug 01, 2017 · Greg ReicheltWhere do I begin? What a top rate campground! If I could give a rating beyond 5 stars I would!!! When we arrived the weather was less than ideal, but DEB AND TRENT’s warm reception made us forget about that!!The campground entry creates the fabric of peace. It is a beautiful and well kept and sparkly clean. The bathrooms were unbelievable beyond what one would ever expect. We encountered a few of our own personal issues getting acclimated to camping. Every turn we took they helped us. Wow!! They are very professional! Also, I lost my wallet walking in the driveway. Thank goodness Trent found it and returned it. He ran it over, felt the bump and discovered it was mine.my money, charge cards and license were all intact! Can you believe they brought it to my campsite? Their level of honesty is amazing. My husband is the retired Sheriff of Shawano county, and he couldn’t believe there are many people left in this world like that!! Trent helped my 78 year old husband get the stabilizer bar and hitch on when it was time to go. What a kind man Trent is. He also helped my husband with a few suggestions on the new camper and regarding camping. As we drove away from this beautiful and well run peaceful haven I knew I would be writing this review.I feel confident that you can do business with Deb and Trent and will find a beautiful, clean well run haven of peace. If I were to bottle up their professionalism and dedication to serve customers and it could be sold, I’d be a rich woman.BOOK YOUR STAY WITH CONFIDENCE!!Patsy and Bill.
