Monument Point Camping

3.0
My husband and I spent the first half of our vacation at Monument Point Campground. I am somewhat of a seasoned camper but this is new to my husband, and new to both of us in the 33ft RV in inherited from my folks. All I can say is WE WILL BE BACK!! We are close to retirement and considering being a "season" resident at Monument Point in a few years. The location is perfect, so close to some beautiful beaches and state parks. Our favorite was Whitefish Dunes, just a 15 minute drive.Kelsey and her "staff" were SO accommodating as well. If you are a camper, this is the place for you. It was quiet in the evenings and they are pretty strict about quiet time and dogs(which they allow, but there are rules), but I, for one, appreciate that!! - Deanna J Rosenfeld
