★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had a lovely stay in at the Montpelier KOA. We stayed in a class A motorhome in July. Jeanine was a wonderful host. She was friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. Very kind and accommodating which made us feel at home. Was a very hot weekend but the pool was cool and refreshing. Ours site had ample space and a bit of shade which was great because the sun was HOT. We had a nice picnic table and fire ring. We took a walk along the creek and enjoyed the rushing water. Our children liked the park and met some friends to play with. BEST laundry at only $2/wash + $2/dry. We'd definitely stay again if we were passing through the area.
July 16 · Jessica BThis KOA was amazing!!! Super helpful and friendly staff. I called the day before to confirm on linens for the cabins, they said they provides sheets and pillows. I also explained that we would be arriving late. The next day, they texted to confirm what exactly I needed for linens and make sure we would have everything we needed. When we got there, they beds were made up and ready for us. Just had to bring our own blankets. The fridge was of ample size and worked great. Had a lovely porch area! It was right off the babbling brook. Such a beautiful sound and view. Had a great recreational area for the kiddos. Definitely would recommend again and again.
July 08 · Kady StevensWe had an amazing time at this KOA! Jenine was the most helpful and ran the grounds so well. Cleanest bathrooms, pool was amazing and the kids loved it! The creek nearby is beautiful and the nature pathway was so fun. There was so much to do. Spots were wonderful and had a picnic table and fire pit. The general store had anything you would need and if not town is close by! Thank you again for an amazing stay! The Scott Zimmerman family!
July 20 · Rachael ZimmermanAt the end of May we went camping in one of the deluxe cabins that had been prepared nicely by Evielynne Silva. She was also very kind, open and helpful during our stay. We went back this weekend because of her. However, while there this weekend the other staff had little to no customer service skills. They were rude and approached my son instead of the adult he was with questing him about personal property he was carrying with him. They chose to "clean" and "test" the pool on Saturday! The busiest day! This morning as my son was walking through the campground he was told that the pool was open and when my sister who was with him replied we have to leave this morning the worker told them she knew! Hope others have a better experience then we did!
July 13 · jacob martinezEdited: We spent 4 days here for a family reunion. Two families had the deluxe cabins and we had a tent spot right near them. It was so much better than we were expecting! The pool was warm and clean, the playground was well kept with newer equipment (no rusty swings and a metal slide type of playground). The pickle ball court was in great shape, and we enjoyed playing basketball and cornhole. The bathrooms were also very, very nice and clean! Both the ones in the cabins and the public ones.Lots of bugs, and we did deal with a tick, but of course that's at no fault to the KOA and it's staff.Speaking of the staff, they were polite, engaging, and very accommodating. Overall was very pleased with the stay and the memories we made!
