McHenry Campground

Campground ★4.0

515 UT-319, Heber City, UT 84032, USA

4.0
Our campsite was large and well maintained. The fire pit is huge. The park is beautiful. The 3 stars is due to the location of our campsite. Spot 140 sits about 150 yards straight below the highway. It was loud and it was like that 24 hours. It became background noise, but the idea of a big rig rolling down the hill into our campsite did not escape my thoughts. The park store is very limited on options and overpriced, which is to be expected. 7 bags of ice, a bag of jerky cost and a Frazil slushie ran us $72 and some change. Definitely a beautiful place!! - Tammy Gladden
