August 23 · Brett JonesI went for my first time here. It was super fun and clean. The waterway is close by and provides a nice white noise when you are falling asleep. Bring a blanky, it got a little chilly!
August 30 · Van WiltfangGreat for tent camping or a small trailer. It's right next to the river.
July 14 · Elise FrawleyThe area is decent, but the campground didn't provide very much room in the site we were at. We only had room enough for one tent. The management let the brush grow in too much to allow for anything else. To get to the river we had to go through someone else's campsite. Also, that had a really bad hornet problem there. I understand that bugs are part of camping, but we had an unusual problem with hornets swarming whenever we were cooking. Usually I'll see a few out when I camp, but this place was really bad.
August 12 · Computer GuyMy first time camping at Magpie I had a great experiences the camp is beautiful lots of nature around you, the "bathrooms" are clean and the lady in charged is really nice. During the night you can hear the water from the river. You can see lots of butterflies, bird and some people do fish in the river, I'm not a fisher. Love this place.
